Disability Evaluation
Our Physicians Center offers disability evaluation as one of our medical services. Our physiatrists are skilled in disability determination based on their years of training and experience in dealing with the disabled population with neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.
Our physiatrists are often requested by patients, doctors, health insurance companies or lawyers to help them determine disability status of an individual. The process is usually a one-hour clinic visit with one of our doctors and will include a complete review of previous medical records and lab/imaging studies, a thorough interview and physical examination and at times, a functional capacity evaluation.
